The Spring Hill Court is located to the North West side of the valley and catches the sunshine. It is on the spring line, in the designated Conservation Area. Listed Grade II*

It is an elegant townhouse of three principle storeys, with a basement and attic storey. It is detached with a garden and a two storey Cart house.

Our work consisted of a careful study of the state of each element, to decide the appropriate repair process to preserve its appearance and architectural value to recover the elegance of this prestigious building and extend its state of maintenance. In addition to the careful task of work for the care and conservation of species such as birds and bats.
